Battery labels can make a showroom comparison look more technical than it is. For most riders, the decision comes down to four practical questions: how far you ride, how often you charge, how much weight you want to carry and what you can spend at purchase.

Garow uses both approaches in its lineup. The DT-51 MAX has a 72V/20Ah lead-acid battery. DT-31A and DT-13B use 72V/30Ah lithium batteries, while the long-range JJ2500DT-86 uses a much larger 72V/110Ah lithium pack in the supplied specification.

Voltage and amp-hours need context

Voltage relates to the electrical system, while amp-hours describe charge capacity. Multiplying voltage by amp-hours gives an approximate watt-hour figure, which is more useful when comparing stored energy. It still does not predict range by itself because motor efficiency, speed, weight and terrain vary.
